Africa Fashion Week 2012 was probably one of the most colourful African themed events I have been to in London and one thing that was clearly evident was the infusion of African prints (Ankara/Kente/Aso-Oke) into the most beautiful pieces you could ever imagine. Bags, shoes, dresses, ties and with all things African prints, you would have thought it would feel like an overkill but guess what? People loved it shopping the stalls like its the new "ish".. Checkout some pieces that caught our eyes..
You've gotta love the 'African print Revolution' trust me it's catching on big time. Looks like Ankara is going to stick with us for a very very long time....Viva African Fashion I say!!!
