If you love Kate Middleton..(Ooops!) I mean the Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine’s style then you probably know that her favourite designer is ISSA London. She wore an Issa dress when her and then Prince William announced their engagement and has been spotted in ISSA dresses ever since but it’s not just Catherine that’s mad about ISSA, Naomi Campbell, Princess Eugenie and Beatrice, Lizzie Jagger amongst others are also ISSA faithfuls...Now Lagos fashionistas can experience the thrill of owning a piece by Daniella Issa Helayel, the Brazillian born designer behind the UK based brand as premier boutique, Duchess Lagos is a stockist. The boutique which has been open in Nigeria since 2007 held an exclusive ISSA dress party on Sunday the 15th of April at it’s Ajose Adeogun Street branch and in customary Lagos style, the fashion lovers, fashionistas and glitteratis came out to play...

ReplyDeleteI hope they patronise this shop and they didn't just go there to look and take pictures. My thoughts are, these are heavy travellers (i know most of them) and see them in Harrods, Harvey Nics etc. They would rather buy their expensive stuff here than buy in Nigeria. They may buy in an emergency but i really doubt it. In an emergency, they will go to Tiffany Amber, Odion Mimonet etc.
