As you already know, all has not been 'hunky-dory' in Nigeria with the abrupt removal of the Oil Subsidy, the nation has been plunged into a state of anarchy but for the first time in the history of Nigeria, ordinary people are rising up to make their voices heard as they say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Sadly our very own police who claim to be our friend have shot and killed 9 unarmed protesters but rather than retreat, people are remaining defiant hitting the streets with placards and  messages to our government to hear the cry of the people. Nigeria has no business being poor! We are a land blessed with milk and honey but we are plagued with corrupt leaders...God help this Nation.

As we go into Day 3 (tomorrow) of the National Labour Strike Action, we commend citizens who choose to make their voices heard but we plead with you to take responsibility for your personal safety - AVOID ANY CONFRONTATION WITH THE NIGERIAN POLICE - #Not sure they understand the concept of peaceful protests.
