SUPER STAR-STUDDED RED CARPET TRIBUTE NIGHT IN HONOUR OF THE LATE CHRISTY ESSEIN-OGBOKWE

The Late Christy Essien-Igbokwe. RIP
On Tuesday the 6th of of September 2011, Nightshift Coliseum hosted a strictly by invite 'RED CARPET TRIBUTE' in honour of  Christie Essien Igbokwe, 50, who passed away after a brief illness on the 30th of June 2011. The Governor of Nightshift, Kenneth Caleb-Olumese had boasted of a night to be remembered. In his words "The red carpet would be fluffy, the sound would be crisp, the show will be good and dress code for all staff will be super oriental ornamental. Christy Essien was a Platinum Card member of Niteshift. She had great love for the club. Indeed, when we started the now most respected Hrand House Reception, she was our first guest, along with Coach Clemence Westerhof. We don't do this for just anyone."

On the night Mr Caleb-Olumese delivered on his promises  while veteran and current Nigerian entertainment industry players  echoed his feelings as they came out in droves to celebrate the life of a woman Nigeria knew, loved and called the 'Lady of Songs', Christy Essien Igbokwe...
