PICTURES: AN EXCLUSIVE DINNER WITH PRESTON BAILEY IN LAGOS, NIGERIA

The Fabulous..Preston Bailey
Many thought it was all hype but indeed, world acclaimed Celebrity Events Designer, Author and Inspiration to many, Preston Bailey  was in Nigeria courtesy of Oaken Events exciting the Events Industry who turned out in style to honour the man who had inspired many of their own works. " Dine with Preston Bailey" was an exclusive ticketed event (N75,000 per head)  organised on Day 2 of FLARE at Sky Restaurant, Eko Hotel and Suites on the 7th of April, where guests had the opportunity to meet and mingle with other professionals and top business entrepreneurs as well and of course guests had the opportunity to wine, dine and speak with Preston Bailey.
I absolutely loved the sitting arrangement and decor - it felt quite intimate. The flowers by FlowerPlus were absolutely  gorgeous and the ambience was just perfect in celebration of the man known world wide as The King of Event Design. The evening started off with cocktails and canapes with music by Nigeria's Bez, Mike Aremu and Paschal Obidile and as the evening progressed dinner was served followed by tributes to Preston Bailey by some of the biggest names in Nigerian Events Design including the Organiser and brain behind "FLARE" Mrs Ayiri Oladunmoye, CEO Oaken Events, Akin Ariyo of Open Hands (Lagos), Mrs Ozo Adeyeye of FlowerPlus (Lagos), Mrs Bimbo Okuti-Iyang of Bims Living Gardens, (Ibadan)It was no doubt an exciting evening for all but most especially Preston Bailey who beamed with gratitude at all the love and warmth of the beautiful people of Nigeria (his words). An absolutely fabulous night and yet another  ace event by the Oaken Team...I really really love these guys! Once again kudos to all at Oaken Events.

Here are a few pictures from the dinner...enjoy!
